Happy Wellness Wednesday! Balancing healthy food choices for lunch from home or school is another way we can keep our minds and bodies strong.

Our fifth graders enjoy their kindergarten buddies outside of the classroom, too...recess is always more fun with a buddy!

District Grade 1 teachers are enjoying Day #3 Training of Responsive Classroom, which includes child development and engaging learning environments. By November, all K-5 teachers will have completed Day #3 and look forward to the final day of training in January 2023.

Students in Mr. Chen's AP Physics 2 class are combining their knowledge of motion, energy and fluids for a target test. They made a hole in the bottle and let the water flow with the power of water pressure. Can they hit the target on the first try?


Mrs. Percarpio's class and I had a great time during their Morning Meeting. We played "Alibi"; I was the investigator trying to solve the mystery....which, after some time, I finally figured out! Thank you again to Mrs. Percarpio and her class.

All students in grades 9-12 viewed our Week of Respect assembly titled, "Digital Dilemma." The presenter, Tim Shoemaker, gave students information and tips on how to best protect their privacy on their cell phones and social media. The workshop also covered topics such as cyberbullying and the importance of respecting others. All parents are welcome to attend the parent version of the program tonight at 6:30pm in the Hurley Theater.


Ms. Gilbert's Chemistry class works on their Mole Day projects. Mole Day is a celebration of chemistry in general. The animal mole has become a mascot for the chemistry unit (the mole).



Our annual Pumpkin Carving and Painting event will take place on October 16th in our cafeteria from Noon to 3:00 PM. Sponsored by our National Art, International Thespian, and Tri-M Honor Societies. Always a great event to bring the kids!
