The World Cultures Club held their most recent meeting discussing Chinese Culture. They used paper and glue to make Chinese paper fans and had a great time!
Ms. Abbasi and Mrs. Sparno are very proud of the Helping Hands Club members excellent efforts to foster positivity and empathy in our school and community this challenging and unique year! Here is a picture of our dedicated members who were able to make it to the last meeting.
Mrs. Kemple's & Mr. O'Connor's Biology class investigated how chlorophyll hides other pigments in leaves. In-class students separated the pigments of color by the technique of Paper Chromatography, which involves the separation of mixtures into individual components.
Florida Institute of Technology Senior Showcase Showroom is open! As part of her team’s outreach, Delanie Glock, WHS Class of 2017, connected with Mr. Tresvalles students via Zoom to demonstrate and teach about the 3D Modeling and the Design Process used to build her team’s NASA RMC Mining Robot. Delanie will graduate in May with a Bachelor's Degree in Aerospace Engineering.

Our Kindergarteners at JFG continued their conversation about being a good citizen! They took the pledge, to tell the truth, be respectful, be caring & be brave enough to stand up for what is right & to ask for help if they need it.
Happy Friday! We finished our first week back as a whole school! Third graders at Washington are reading biographies and learning about force and motion! We were thrilled to have our mascot join in on the fun!
