Brookside School has been thrilled with the family participation in our Battle of Books this week! The winners so far are: We Don't Eat Our Classmates, The Legend of Rock, Paper, Scissors, The Recess Queen and The Day the Crayons Quit. Voting continues next week!


Wellness Wednesday! JFG staff continues to show that they are one tough COOKIE! This sweet treat is the perfect mid-week pick-me-up.

The NJHS, led by Cooper Fox, successfully sponsored a coat drive, collecting 115 coats to donate to One Warm Coat!

Second graders felt like dancin' today!!

Important questions in @MsBuonforte ELA6 book clubs with empathy and history. Students are asked, “Which is easier, to stand up for your beliefs or follow the crowd?”, then read historical fiction about the Holocaust, slavery, and other racial issues. Great discussion!

5th graders started fantasy book clubs this week. The clubs consisted of a mix of cohort 1, 2, and remote students. They "met" virtually in a breakout rooms and engaged in great conversations.
