Grades 10-12
College Admissions Counselors Visits begin September 11th throughout November 2025.
We would like to inform and encourage you to sign up for college admissions representative visits available in Naviance. College admissions counselors visit Westwood Regional High School throughout September, October and November to meet and speak with our students.
These visits offer valuable opportunities for students in grades 10–12 to explore potential colleges in a familiar setting. They allow students to learn directly from admissions representatives about academic programs, campus life, and the application process. Attending helps students ask personalized questions, make connections with admissions staff, and begin to envision their post-secondary path—whether they’re just starting to explore or narrowing down their list of schools.
When you attend a college admissions visit at WRHS, we ask that you:
Communicate early with your teacher that you have a visit scheduled for a particular date/time and would like to be excused. Ideally, you should not be missing an assessment to attend a visit.
If you miss a class for a visit, please know that your attendance will be taken during the visit. Failure to take place in the college visit while missing class will result in a “cut” from that class.
Be respectful and ask appropriate questions during the college visit.

VFW Post 6192 in Washington Township sponsors an annual essay contest for middle school students called Patriot’s Pen. Any WRMS student in grades 6-8 can submit a 300-400 word essay on this year’s topic, "How are you showing patriotism and support for our country?" Our VFW post will award three cash prizes for this contest: $300 for 1st place, $200 for 2nd place, and $100 for 3rd place. Submissions are due by October 31st. The first place winner will also be eligible to compete for significant additional VFW monetary awards at the regional, state, and national levels. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1aNErSt59oUvmynQ45kR5ZAzFURUDLOEq/view?usp=drive_link

Welcome new students, families and incoming kindergarteners! I'm excited for you to visit our school and classrooms this afternoon from 1:30-3:00 pm and sorry I'm not there but I know Ms. Massaro, Ms. Gonzalez, Mr. Danny, and our teachers will be waiting patiently! Thank you Berkeley PSO and our Fifth Grade Buddies!

Over the past two days, our WRMS staff had the pleasure of welcoming our newest students and their families to middle school during our 6th Grade Student and Parent Orientations. It was a night filled with excitement as students received their locker assignments and found some special surprises waiting for them inside. Parents got a glimpse into what to expect during these important middle school years. We are so excited to introduce our new motto: "The Middle Matters." It's a reminder that these years are a crucial time for growth, discovery, and building a foundation for the future. We can't wait to see what this year holds for our incoming 6th-grade students! #TheMiddleMatters #WRMS #MiddleSchool #StudentOrientation #BackToSchool #WestwoodRegionalSchoolDistrict
