As referenced in the November Cardinal Connection and successfully experienced in December, this school year, we will transition to full remote instruction in the event of inclement weather whenever we have ample opportunity to notify staff and families the day prior so that everyone may prepare accordingly.
In light of the significant snowfall expected for our area tomorrow through Tuesday, we will transition to remote learning on Monday, February 1 and Tuesday, February 2 with a half-day of virtual instruction (morning only) followed by no classes or homework in the afternoon so our students/staff can take care of the snow removal and snowman building responsibilities as required at home.
As we learned from our prior experience in the “virtual snow day” arena and in the era of COVID, patience and flexibility will remain our keys to success. If you experience any difficulties or have any questions, please let your teacher know.
The following schedule outlines the expectations for each day. Each school and teacher will send out any additional details to our families as needed.
