Students in Mr. O’Connor and Mr. Krebs’ Physics classes are working on some creative construction designing egg race cars that will be run down a ramp and into a wall. Their goal is to keep the egg safe by not cracking using only paper and glue.

Leonardo DaVinci built a bridge without any fasteners that could quickly be disassembled to prevent enemies from following. Ms. Meindl's students attempted to use their knowledge of forces to replicate the bridge.

Mr. Richter presented the workshop " Integrating Digital Citizenship into Your Library Media Program" at the New Jersey Association of School Librarians statewide conference!
Mrs. Sommerville & Mr. O'Connor's Biology class completed an inquiry-based experiment where students created their own procedures to determine the conditions that optimize the function of catalase!




The December 11 presentation, "Coping with the United States of Anxiety - Coping Tools for Parents and Kids" is cancelled and will be rescheduled for a later date. Details regarding the new date will be forthcoming.

The 8th grade National Junior Honor Society held its annual charity book fair. Purchased new books will be donated to the Pajama and Books Foundation to help with reading programs throughout the state!

Students in Mr. Patel's Principles of Engineering class safely and effectively using tools and materials during the prototyping phase of the CO2 car project. The 21st century skills of creativity, collaboration, critical thinking, and communication in practice!



Ms. Menken's Physics class are developing the idea of Newton’s third law: When objects A and B interact, the force that A exerts on B is always the same in magnitude and opposite in direction to the force that B exerts on A. These forces are exerted on different objects and cannot be added to find a total force.
