
The World Cultures Club held their most recent meeting discussing Chinese Culture. They used paper and glue to make Chinese paper fans and had a great time!


Ms. Abbasi and Mrs. Sparno are very proud of the Helping Hands Club members excellent efforts to foster positivity and empathy in our school and community this challenging and unique year! Here is a picture of our dedicated members who were able to make it to the last meeting.


Mrs. Kemple's & Mr. O'Connor's Biology class investigated how chlorophyll hides other pigments in leaves. In-class students separated the pigments of color by the technique of Paper Chromatography, which involves the separation of mixtures into individual components.




Florida Institute of Technology Senior Showcase Showroom is open! As part of her team’s outreach, Delanie Glock, WHS Class of 2017, connected with Mr. Tresvalles students via Zoom to demonstrate and teach about the 3D Modeling and the Design Process used to build her team’s NASA RMC Mining Robot. Delanie will graduate in May with a Bachelor's Degree in Aerospace Engineering.

Our Kindergarteners at JFG continued their conversation about being a good citizen! They took the pledge, to tell the truth, be respectful, be caring & be brave enough to stand up for what is right & to ask for help if they need it.

Happy Friday! We finished our first week back as a whole school! Third graders at Washington are reading biographies and learning about force and motion! We were thrilled to have our mascot join in on the fun!

Another great day of learning at Washington School! 1st graders are writing sensory poems. 3rd graders are finding text evidence. We're loving any opportunity to be outside!





JFG's kindergartners talked about what it means to be a good citizen & how we can all do our part to make our school, community & world a great place!




WRSD Alumni Nick Lopac presents to Engineering classes about a NASA competition. He and a team of space and technology students are using the design process to build a tool belt for space suits that is easy for astronauts to use and resists the elements of the moon. So cool!




JFG was filled with excitement and smiles this morning as we welcomed back our 3rd through 5th grade friends! We are officially "All Together Again!"

So great to have so many of our students back!





AND WE'RE BACK!!! All in! We are thrilled to have welcomed back our grades 3-5 students today! The music was pumping and those smiling eyes warmed our hearts. It felt like the first day of school all over again!




It's here! Grades 3-5 joined our K-2 friends! Although we have some changes, our school is buzzing with excitement and feels wonderful to be all together once again! Thank you parents, staff, and students for your daily efforts and cooperation.


JFG's 4th grader are celebrating National Poetry Month by creating their own Diamante poems inspired by nature!




JFG welcomed our next phase this week and what a week it was! The infectious smiles and love of learning filled our classrooms.
