WRHS TV/Film students partnered with local businesses to create content for their ‘Building Local Brands Through Media’ project! Thank you Harmony Tea Room, Triple 10 Boxing, Eighty Twenty Smash, The Gem Mine, Goldberg’s Bagels & Marijana Hair & Color for giving our students a hands-on learning experience!
Our exercise physiology class learning about the different ways to calculate body composition. They took a trip to the athletic training room where Frank Armstrong taught the students about taking body fat measurements through ultrasound.
Our Sports Medicine class visited our high school Athletic Trainer, Frank Armstrong, to get a lesson and demonstration on therapeutic modalities.

The PTO continued to shower our Brookside teachers with love all week long—from delicious breakfasts and lunches to a sweet visit from Conrad’s Ice Cream Truck! French students in 7th and 8th grade had a great day making croissants with an executive pastry chef. Students then participated in a scavenger hunt exploring a variety of French products. We ended the day with a three course luncheon at an authentic French restaurant.
Fiorello Airways was on the tarmac for quite a while this morning, but Mrs. Z. finally boarded and she took off with a Crumbl Gift Card.
