May is Mental Health Month. Our school counseling department has created our own activities to support and encourage a healthy lifestyle for our students, staff and school community.
It is important to note that talking about mental health helps promote acceptance and encourages people to seek help. Whether we share resources, encourage others to seek help, or simply are there for someone when they need us, we instill hope and can help others to reach out when they need to most.

A big thank you to "Stand Tall Steve" who hosted our motivational rally. Steve reminded us of the importance of being prepared, working as a team, and having confidence. These are all great tips for the upcoming NJSLA. We even got to brush up on our YMCA moves!
Thank you to Ms. Hughes and Ms. Suri for hosting an interactive workshop for the Class of 2025 to get a head start on college applications through Common Application. A second workshop for Class of 2025 students will be hosted by Mr. Gibbons and Ms. Riedel on Tuesday, April 30th at 6pm.
