Great PD opportunity! Tinkering and Creating with AI Tools. This full day hands-on workshop was designed for educators to explore the ability to create custom chatbots and multimedia with generative AI. It explores how educators can increase their awareness, comfort and ability to leverage AI for good in an educational setting. Final Q1 performances in our new Theater Classes were a huge success! Students did an incredible job learning lines, creating characters, and working together on these scenes!

Today is World Kindness Day. It falls on a Wednesday, providing an opportunity for people to fill their week with acts of kindness and goodwill. This day serves as a reminder of the positive impact that kindness can have on individuals, our community, and the world at large.

Our NJHS students spent their most recent meeting writing letters to Veterans and crafting "Kindness Notes" for each student in the middle school. We are so proud of these great service projects!
At the most recent World Culture Club meeting at WRMS, students discussed Francophone culture. Members learned about a variety of tasty French cheeses. Fun was had by all!
Andrew Foote was accepted into the Bergen County Sheriff's Office internship program through the High School Work Based Learning Program. Andrew will be continuing his education in college and plans on pursuing a career in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement.
Zara Shaikh & Madelyn Elliott are seniors in the Work Based Learning Program. They are interning at The Spine & Health Center of NJ. Zara will pursue a career in the medical field with a focus on Exercise Science. Madelyn will be pursuing a career in the Chiropractic Field.

An admissions counselor from MICA, Maryland Institute College of Art, visited the AP Studio Art and Honors class. Course offerings, creative majors, scholarships and application requirements were discussed. Students also had the opportunity to participate in portfolio reviews.
Thank you to all of our Veterans! High School Teacher, Dr. Thames, invited Mr. Dennis Collins, a Vietnam War Veteran and Purple Heart recipient, to speak with his United States History classes. The H.S. social studies honor society donated funds to the Wounded Warrior Project.
