Maribel, a senior at WRHS, is participating in the Work Based Learning Program and shadowing Mrs. Le Parc, her former ESL teacher at Brookside. This firsthand experience serves as a powerful stepping stone in her journey toward becoming an ESL teacher. #BESTatBrookside


Mrs. Oldak’s Kindergarteners had so much fun going on a leaf collecting walk to culminate our science unit on trees. We found so many types of leaves. We then had so much fun sorting them in many different ways…like by color, by shape, and by size. #BESTatBrookside



Mrs. Mosery’s 3rd graders are working hard as mystery detectives and writers of opinion essays. They're making predictions, timelines, and solving mysteries. They're also formulating opinions with reasons. These reading and writing units are always a blast! #BESTatBrookside



As we wrap up the month of November, teachers spent last night at a local food bank distributing food to people in need after our school food collection and donation. We are so thankful for our students, families and wonderful community. #BESTatBrookside
