Mrs. Oldak’s Kindergarteners are really enjoying Reading Workshop time. They are learning how to put a “pinch of me” in their stories as they read, use sticky notes to mark pages that made them think of their own lives, and practice reading like a teacher! #BESTatBrookside

4th graders in Mr. Capozzi’s class are trying out new Responsive Classroom ideas during their morning meeting. They are starting the day off right! Just look at those smiles! #BESTatBrookside




First graders are enjoying free time at the end of their weekly Media special with Mrs. Eliason. During free time students can play with LEGOs and Magnetic Tiles to make fun creations or read the books they have just checked out at the library. #BESTatBrookside
